1: Do not touch the UV lamp directly by hand, so as to avoid scratching or damage, or reduce the life of the lamp;

2: wiring direction requirements of the lamp must pay attention to the direction, otherwise it will lead to lamp damage, life reduction or UV lamp surface overheating phenomenon;

3: because of the UV lamp inside the pressure is very large, please avoid knocking, scraping and other external forces damage the lamp;

4: Do not use it in places with flammable and explosive materials such as thinners, otherwise it will cause fire or explosion;

5: the UV lamp in the light do not directly with the naked eye to see, otherwise it will lead to eye prickling or vision loss;

6: Do not let the ultraviolet light directly to the skin, otherwise it is easy to cause skin damage by ultraviolet radiation;

7: Do not touch the lamp tube that is being lit or just extinguished, otherwise it will cause scald due to the high temperature on the surface of the lamp tube or reflector cover;

8: do not paper or cloth and other flammable explosives close to the lamp in use, otherwise it will cause fire due to the high temperature of the surface of the UV lamp;

9: Please do a good job of exhaust when the lamp is opened in the sealed space, because the ozone emitted by the lamp has great damage to the human respiratory system;

10: try to avoid the phenomenon of frequent opening and closing of UV lamp, each opening and closing will cause consumption of the lamp and reduce the service life of the lamp;

11: at least 10 minutes after turning off the lamp before restarting or turning on the lampshade, otherwise it will lead to lamp damage or scald;

12: install or replace the UV lamp, clean the lamp shade must turn off the power supply, otherwise it is easy to lead to electric shock;

13: when there is a bad cooling condition to troubleshoot in time to continue the operation, otherwise it will seriously affect the service life of the UV lamp.

Installation matters

1, before installation to use ethanol to wipe clean the lamp, and then wear clean gloves to hold the lamp.

2. Wear the lamp on the cloth mat to install the lamp hole on the card holder. Do not let the lamp touch the metal end plate surface, and let the lamp rub into the cloth. Wiring direction of the UV lamp must pay attention to the direction. Otherwise it will lead to tube damage, life reduction or tube surface overheating phenomenon.

3. The lamp tube is installed in place, and the lamp holder is held by hand on the holder for a few times to see whether the lamp tube is free, so that there will be no dilation and cracking phenomenon when the lamp is installed.

4, sometimes check the lamp, the UV lamp tube removed observation found that there are traces of hand lines on the wall of the lamp, and can not be wiped off. This is due to the installation of the lamp without gloves, hand sweat and dirt stuck to the lamp after high temperature carbonization sintering quartz glass crystals.
